In line with UK government policy, Moorland Hall is able to offer single school and group residential trips. Our trips are conducted in accordance with the Department for Education guidelines for residential educational visits, undertaking full and thorough risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for pupils and staff. We are pleased to work with schools and staff to accommodate specific control and testing programmes to help minimise the risk of infection.

To enable us to look after your child as best as possible it is necessary to complete a medical form. If your child travels alone it is necessary to complete a permit, which proves that your child, as an unaccompanied minor, travels with the permission of his or her parent/guardian.

Dartmoor is located in Devon in the south west of England and is within easy reach of the M5 motorway and is bordered by the A30 and A38 dual-carriageways. There are good mainline train connections to Exeter, Newton Abbot and Plymouth and there is an international airport at Exeter and ferry terminal at Plymouth. Approximate journey times to Dartmoor from Exeter or Plymouth is 30 minutes.
